OMG after 8 years I had completely forgotten about this blog, I will endeavour to start it up again 😄

Backyard Blitz

The backyard makeover, first went the hot house......





That was the weekend before last.

Then a friend (who shall remain nameless at her request) came over and in five days we transformed the backyard from cooch grass to garden. Still not 100% finished got to lay pebbles and add a few more plants but nearly done. Then the next project will be the outdoor eating area.

Not sure how I got the blue light effect on the last pic but I think its effective!

School cross country

The girls had cross country yesterday and they both did really well, Soph came in 12th in her group and Em came 9th, really proud of both of them for finishing it. Xavier did really well too considering it was a long wait between the races.

Learning to ride in Rossie Park

Took the kids down a few weeks ago so the girls could learn to ride their bikes...... There were scun knees and all but determination kicked in and I can happily say the girls can ride their bikes without training wheels! Yay

The wedding.....

Mum got re-married on the weekend and look beautiful. Her new husband scrubbed up quite well too!

This is one of the roosters at Nanny and Poppy's farm. The girls tell me his name is Rainbow. He is quite pretty what ever his name is.

Fabulous Faces....

We headed up to work today for a 'Bring the Kids and Grandkids to Work Day'. The kids had so much fun with the jumping castle, art room, movies, face painting and the balloon man.

As you can see I left home this morning with Sophie, Emily & Xavier and returned home this afternoon with a Pussy Cat, Puppy Dog and a Pirate!
